Join us as we give to America's homeless children.
According to the National Center on Family Homelessness, there are one in 30 American children experiencing homelessness. That is about 2.5 million kids, and an 8 percent increase to a historic high and just over half are younger than six years old. In addition, about 20 percent of American kids now live below the poverty line.Learn More
No one knows what it is like to be homeless unless it has happened to them, so instead of trying to figure out how someone got to that point in their lives HBU wants to focus on how to help them now. We will support efforts that provide free education and employment skills to homeless parents to help them find gainful employment through partnership with local homeless nonprofits in the communities where we live and work.Learn More
Creativity allows us to be free. Music, dance, drawing and creating something with your hands, mind and emotions help us feel something wonderful, and releases our inner creative energy. As children, we need this experience, and as a homeless child it is even more important. HBU supports the arts through partnering and giving to arts programs providing such art experiences to the homeless in each city where we have a presence.Learn More
